{CLOSED} Shabby Apple "Spanish Steps" Dress Giveaway!

Shabby Apple has been known for their fashionable, yet modest designs with plenty of style for women's dresses, little girl dresses, and even maternity dresses. Which is one of the reasons why I adore Shabby Apple. They also have a holiday collection that just came out, I think it was last month, called Tinsel Town.
