1940's Fuchsia & Velvet Swing Vintage Party Dress
Circa late 30's early 40's... Fuchsia purple pink rayon with jet black velvet trim & bow. Metal zipper on one side, unlined, full skirt, backless except for straps. Lower back has a cute ruffle in the back. Pleated flares at the front shoulders.
