Want dramatic looking eyes? To achieve the smoky eye look, start with an eye shadow primer all over the lid. Use a smoky gray if you wear cool tones or a brown if you use warm tones and apply on the eye lid. Next, apply a darker shade with an angled brush at the base of the lid and blend. Finally, apply that same dark shade in the crease and use your blender brush to blend down. You want to keep the majority of the color just on the lids to get that dramatic look.
